I didn't have any expections of this book. Well, actually I had one...I expected to be disappointed, but this book is GREAT for the new agent, the experienced agent and the broker. In my opinion this is what new agents need to HELP get the right mindset to become a great real estate professional. It's what the experienced agent needs to HELP to again become a great real estate professional. It's what the broker needs to HELP build their brokerage. Get the Kindle version...Start reading it!!!

I am honored to give this book 5 stars because it was extremely well-written with so much of Krista’s years of experience and knowledge. Also, when reading this book, I was so addicted to it and couldn’t wait to read the next chapter due to its valuable content. I could feel her passion when reading this book because of her on-going enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge. She was very detailed and thorough with dealing with buyers/sellers and the pros/cons in each transaction. Her approach in dealing with buyers/sellers in a “buyer or seller market” is invaluable. Great information and I highly recommend it.

She never gives real advice she just keeps saying the same thing over and over again. "Be like me....be progressive" and never helps with real ways to do this. Over and over the same message with no instruction. Waste of money. Same things you already know.

I loved the fact she has creative ways to get started. The book was easy to read and gives tons of ideas which can be implemented. With a little more time and effort you can be at the top of your market.

I will definitely refer to this book over and over as I build my real estate practice a s expertise as a Community Market Leader.

Captivating from beginning to end. I highly recommend this book.
